I have known Barbara Nelson since 1999 when she was highly recommended to me by a co-worker who told me I could not find a better realtor. Barbara helped my husband and I buy our first home together. I had never been involved in a real estate purchase but my husband had. My questions were a lot different than his were and Barbara answered each of one with professionalism and kindness. She knew the market well and got to know us well. She was there with us the whole way, advising us on rates, percentages, points, etc. but more importantly to me, she also affirmed the feeling we had about it - on how that house was right for us and our family. Eventually we outgrew that little house, and she helped us through the sales process, and advising us about what we needed to do to have it shine on the market. She has now helped us buy and/or sell three homes and my co-worker was right - she's the best. Barbara was extremely reliable. When there were houses we wanted to view she always made herself available within minutes to hours. She had sound advice but was unbiased. Barbara represented my husband and I in the purchase of our condo and later the sale of that condo and purchase of another property.
