I have been a residential real estate broker for over 35+ years. Since 1991 I have been proud to be part of the Lake & Company family. Open, honest communication is the foundation of my professional work in helping guide my clients through a successful real estate transaction. I work hard to earn the trust and confidence of my clients.
As a professional real estate associate I am an advocate for my clients, helping them realize their ideal outcome.
My goals are to:

* Facilitate the transaction process
* Troubleshoot any problems that arise
* Help my clients to negotiate successfully
* Offer guidance and resources now and in the future
I enjoy working with my clients and see us as a team. When you refer your family and friends to me you can be assured they will receive my focused attention. Much of my business today involves repeat clients and second/third generation family members.
